Xiangfeng Group Company has built Quality Technology Department. It is organized for the purpose of improving quality, environment, human quality, economic benefits, and reducing consumption and carries out activities using theories and methods of quality management, with internal and external inspection capabilities, professional team, and control system.
1.Internal Inspection: Our company has 7 tea exclusive surveyors, and built Sensory Evaluation Room, Tea Physicochemical Laboratory, and Microorganism Laboratory.
2.External Inspection: Our company cooperates with third-party testing organizations such as Eurofins, SGS, GBA.
3.20-member professional quality control and technical team: All have a undergraduate’s or postgraduate degree or above in Tea Science and related majors.
4.Quality and production control standard: 13 self-built enterprise standards, 113 declared technology patents and 30 product production technical orders.
5.Control System: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, HACCP, WIT, EU, NOP, JAS, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance Certified
